In shift mode it is set to start out in 10. As soon as you put it in forward it "shifts" down 9, 8, 7... on its own to just a crawl. It won't let either lever shift up. Shift mode works in reverse.

Is your handle in the armrest floppy at all, or have a good, positive return to center?

Probably start with a calibration of the handle in the armrest...but if your disconnect is shutting off as soon as you turn off the key, you either have a disconnect issue, a wiring problem, or a bad fuse panel. We change about a fuse panel a year for this issue.

That's likely why everything reset, and is in the wrong units. You may be able to re-calibrate, but takes the dealer EDT tool to reset all the parameters and label codes...but that's pointless until you get the battery disconnect issue sorted out.
