| The fact that you replied to the adapting comment with changes from 50 years ago just reinforces my comment. That goes with age. Steve Jobs stressed over how to remain relevant once he hit 30.
Succession isn't about young people working, it's about them learning to manage.
Innovation from yesteryear is stale, Been many an operation hanging their hats on that they were no tilling/cover crops/GPS/etc before anyone else and it looks like they were stuck in that time frame since.
I would agree 75 isn't too young to work, Hopefully i'm able to be active well past that in the operation.
