Some truths in your article; some parts just simply not true. Guessing article was written by city folk that's never been on a farm.
To say it's Deeres fault farmers can't fix their own breakdowns is absolutely ludicrous. Shd we start farming with a R John Deere?
Taking days to get a tech? How is that Deeres fault. It's on the dealer. Oh I forgot were supposed to farm with a R.
Our dealer comes the same day or the next morning. Lots of dealers like that.
There actually isn't much of anything that's true in that article.
