So it seems you are reseeding the entire contract.  That is very difficult, expensive and
harder to establish than going from cropland into CRP.  Most of the time, you would just
renew it, by removing trees, and go on from there.  I have experience with pollinators in
a CRP mix, they are short lived, the flowers do not have much of chance, maybe a few for a couple
of years, then finished.
