We canceled ours by phoning and we had to send the 2 new upgrade modems back, that we got about 4 months before.
Went to another , because we got Fibre and it was even worst, than the one we just had. Cannot even get a TV station 40 miles away that we got with the other Dish,
because they don't own the station. Only watched that station ,for the local news.
