Right, or wrong, I usually bin SRWW up to 15% and run fans when relative humidity is under 65% regardless of temperature. Always comes out in good condition once I eventually get it dry by fall.

As for the stirator, I don't see any harm in running it. I'm doing that in a bin now. If you have a stirator bin, I'd run the fan at night to cool it and if you pick up a little moisture you can stir it and you'll still be plenty dry enough if it really is under 11%. Just run on a couple cool, low humidity days to be sure it is dry in the floor.
