It's always nice to have grain cooled down for peace of mind but you don't have anything to worry about at under 12% moisture. As far as I know it is not possible to rewet grain with aeration. If you push 65F air at 90% humidity through 95F grain, the grain will warm the air passing through and lower the relative humidity of that air as it exits thereby either removing some moisture, or at the least, not adding any. Once grain is cooled, then yes, you can get condensation in bin and spoilage where the water collects by pushing warm, moist air in but you still won't rewet the kernels.
