West Central Indiana
I’m in west central Indiana. Have a friend west of me that has done it on several acres last 3 years. I used paraquat last year on some acres for the first time trying desiccation. It did help the field ripen more evenly. The bulk of what I did was spray the perimeter pass next to trees and shaded areas. On field I hit the perimeter a little to soon. Yield monitor said I knocked 5 bushel off from the unsprayed.
I need to study up on the proper timing a little more.
