| My property sold along with 7 other parcels on a public auction. At the time all of them assessed at 75% of the value they brought on the sale but mine. I’m not complaining about my evaluation going up, just about the original one I got when it was separated off of the other properties. Paid $3225 for mine. 45 farmable in 4 fields, one less than 2 acres, have to use an easement to get to 10 acres over a creek. 80 next to me brought $5400 on sale, all farmable, paying the same taxes as I am!!?? | |
