Just run the tank empty completely and put in the other fuel. A small amount of gasoline in the diesel will not hurt anything or diesel in gasoline ... Dennis
Edit to add. In the winter time when it gets extremely cold I add 5 to 10% gasoline in my diesels. Been doing that for over 40 years never had a problem.
