Assuming he was a professional shooter you are probably right.
On the other hand he could have been just some nutcase that was not a real good shot to begin with.
I’m betting he was the latter.
In the end, it will be the gun store's fault, he didn't have many friends, was bullied in school, seen as a loner, family issues and just lost his job at the food mart
I am appalled at getting within 130 yards and making the shot.
