If you paid for CenterPoint RTX and that is what your "GPS guy" setup I'd fire him.  You are not on RTX with that configuration.

To get to RTX you need change the Correction type drop down to Centerpoint RTX and you will also need to enter your unlock code which I believe will in a field you cannot yet see further down the page of the screen you are on.  If your dealer didn't give you an unlock code refer yourself back to the first line of this response.
