Fontanelle, IA | I wasn’t taking pot shots at your practices - merely offering an outside opinion for the difference between full width tillage and a shank strip till strip.
I’m going to reemphasize that your strips might be “wicking” away some of your moisture that gets “sealed” with your turbo till after the deep ripping. How you go about firming up the loose soil heaved by your shank with cover baskets etc is up to you.
