New Castle, PA | Son bought an item off E-Bay and seller shipped it USPS with $100 insurance , item cost was a little over $100 . Item arrived damaged and son files claim with USPS . Local post office told him item had to be surrendered to USPS to receive any payment , Item is broken but can be repaired and he does not want to give it up . I know there are several on here that work or have worked for USPS , is this the way it is ?? Thanks for any help | |
