any results trouble shooting?
I installed a new thermistor in that trouble spot with no change in symptoms. I have a pump and a bottle of descaler coming in a day or two, and will try that. If that doesn't do it, the only step I know of is to convince Navien that I'm a bona-fide plumber, and see if they'll help me troubleshoot this thing. I have to wonder if it's a computer malfunction, but swapping that on a hunch is the very definition of throwing parts at a problem.
