Subject: Similar situation but different

Gettysburg, PA

When out on a farm doing conservation work, surveying for drainage, flagging grass waterways or layout a diversion or terrace, I often get the nosy neighbors coming out to ask me what is going on. I suspect they are thinking the farm is being developed or subdivided or solar panels.

I use to be hesitant to share too much information but I kinda decided that I should be bragging on the farmer for being a good steward and I let the neighbor know that this farmer is doing conservation work to benefit us all.
