Reading the “woe is me “ thread below and not wanting to derail it, so here goes. What skills are required to become a BTO? Or as opposed to becoming a successful farmer? Whatever that is? I’ll go first. A BTO has to have topnotch BSer. How else would someone convince that many people to rent to him? And get a banker to back him? Now the pump is primed, what does NAT say?
