The one thing I find that larger operators have in common is that the guy that makes it all actually happen, tends to be a well spoken, very intelligent individual with self control. That's not always the guy that is the face of the business.
The operations I’m referring may not necessarily be considered BTOs, but a generalization of larger farms.
What skills does it take???
