Do you really know what unlock or activation code you purchased?  I've never used anything other than free WAAS and RTK/RTX so I don't know how page options change but I do know that Omnistar does require an subscription.  Do you know what accuracy level your equipment is unlocked to?  I hate to tell you this but the further we go into this problem the more it looks to me like you have one or more of the following issues.

1. Unrealistic expectations for accuracy with current hardware
2. Incorrect correction source configured even though you paid for something else.
2. A GPS tech who sold you an unrealistic bill of goods
3. A GPS tech who doesn't understand what he is selling

I'm not a salesman or a tech.  I've been using GPS guidance for 20 years.  The only time I've had an issue with accuracy with RTK/RTX was this spring with the solar storms.  Every issue I've had has been a configuration mistake on my side.
