Choice in music is what drives young folks to mega churches. The old folks like to think they are singing “what God likes” but I think he’s more into the worship and not the age of the music.

I’d encourage mixing in half newer music with the old. New music gets a bad rap from the old folks, but most of it could be called plagiarism if God was the suing kind. Young people are today and the future. Time to cater to them a bit as long as your not changing the message.

Church a lot of times seems to be setup as a social gathering for the old.

Our new Pastor says we have to adapt worship and music style so our kids and grandkids will WANT to go to church. We cant go too far or the grey hairs will leave too.... Its a balancing thing......

We do this without straying from GOD's Word or Biblical Theology. Get the younger families coming with kids and watch out. Good things will happen.

Our church was slowly dying, now things have turned around. Praise the LORD.
