He asked for unique features, and many people mentioned them. Impossible to guess costs without knowing who's doing the work and how it's going to be finished. But a small house like that finished average will be similar or higher cost per square foot than a larger house finished above average. Mono slope will subtract absolutely nothing from the cost with the same builder. | |
