West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | Doesn't cost anything to ask. Back in the day when I was renting more ground I just assumed my landlords were being "visited" by my competition.
Now days, my competition stops by and ask if I'm thinking about switching landlords several times every year. I tell them I'm probably going to keep renting to my current tenant until the day he dies...but stop by again next year in case I get tired of paying this high rent and decide to quit farming. |
