Looks like the SCM is not connected. Make sure the Ethernet cable with M12 screw connections are snug on both the SCM and display.
SCM LEDs should have one constant green for power, and the arrows LED blinking fast green.

Thanks guys!! It was the ethernet cable. A new cable fixed it.
