Looks like the rate hikes had the desired effects of slowing the US economy and job growth. And now with slower job growth, interest rates can be cut. Sometimes not everything has to be hyper political. I also wonder who besides policy wonks and political partisans look that closely so that 20k job change number sways their political viewpoint.
I glanced through the numbers and I can’t find any references to the 800k government jobs number and what I assume is the insinuation that it’s a political ploy. | |
