Always easier said than done. If you can get a booster cable clamp on those two posts with the strap across them and then connect the other end to battery positive then starter should spin. This is bypassing the solenoid completely so won't crank engine because solenoid won't pull in the drive gear.

The solenoid will have a 10, 12 or 14ga wire on it somewhere which is fed power from the key switch to crank engine. If you take 12v from battery to that small terminal you should at least hear solenoid try an pull in. Ideally it should pull in and engine will crank. If it clicks or doesn't click at all you likely have a bad solenoid.

Begin with putting 12v to the small terminal on solenoid. I don't see it in picture.

Also, some starting systems have another relay in circuit before the solenoid. That solenoid can take 15 to 30 amps to operate depending on system so key switch may feed a smaller relay first, then that relay switches the +15 amps needed to operate the solenoid on starter. Don't want 20 amps going through a key switch so another relay is added.
