There are damaged lipoproteins that the liver cannot recycle (because they are damaged) known as small dense LDL. LDL is not cholesterol. It is a lipoprotein that carries cholesterol as well as other fats essential for life.
The whole "LDL is bad" is a complete debacle. To deep to go into in a simple post. You have to do some research if you are actually interested.
