I had diverticulitis. Was told no seeds or popcorn. Like BLTs so need some seedless tomatoes
I have not done any research on seeds and diverticulitis but if you really like the BLT's I'd suggest you either do some research or find a young doctor who might know more than the older ones who have been giving bad recommendations for the last 30 or 40 years.
