Subject: RE: Are There Seedless Tomates

Pittsburg, Kansas
Berry was one of a half dozen doctors early on 6 years ago that got wife and I started on the low carb eating and reversed my irreversable diabetes type II. I thought he was crazy but if it caused me to lose fat weight would be ok if he was wrong. Lo and behold, he was right. Reversed it mostly in two weeks. No more insulin shots after taking them for 20-25 years. Off the rest of my diabetic medication and blood pressure pills 2-3 months later.

The other main source of information was the Low Carb Down Under series where I found numerous other doctors and researchers with basically the same messages Berry was saying. So he was not the only crazy one.

I too tend to trust what he says because he usually drags up the research along with his own personal doctor experience to support what he says. Just because he is a doctor that uses the internet to reach a big audience doesn't automatically make him wrong.
