The last few years of 2630 production Deere changed to an "air gap" touchscreen. This design is much more durable, but I would not describe it as never bubble. Even Gen 4 displays can bubble, it just looks different.
The 2630s that have been repaired by Deere reman and other vendors should have an air gap screen in them as well.
Edit to add: it's a bad idea to let bubbling go too long in 2630s because eventually the sticky goo can short out internal components. Hot weather speeds up the issue.
