Subject: Ketogenic diet vs carnivore diet

Pittsburg, Kansas
A carnivore diet is almost always a ketogenic diet, but a ketogenic diet is not always a carnivore diet.

Dr Eric Westman (long term doctor and teacher using ketogenic diets in his weight loss clinic - 20 years) talking to a relatively new carnivore who has become an outspoken proponent of the carnivore diet.

Well worth the watch.

Kerry talks about a Parkinson's lady that reverses her Parkinson's symptoms by going on a carnivore diet. I personally know of a woman that has had the same success. A very close friend. Don't foo foo what this doctor has to say.

I have lived and recovered a lot of what they talk about. I am an N=1 experimant.
