Sides are just to fill you up when you don’t have enough meat. It is tough eating out though. I’ve found chicken wings with buffalo sauce work good at a bar type place. Ribeye always a win, I will do veggies if they aren’t fried in seed oil. Fajitas good choice too, especially if the have something you can sub the rice and beans for and get a whole meal. Like avocado or veggies.

I’m not true carnivore. But I don’t really fit any labels great. Maybe closer to keto with no processed food/seed oil. But I do eat a few carbs here and there now that my health issues resolved. Especially the wife’s home made bread and beer of course. I’m not wasting it on sweets or some junk.
