We've never had an issue with dry ams plugging anything but we do 90% of the mixing in our holding tanks in the yard, if not there we mix it going into the nurse trailer. Very very seldom do we have to mix ams as we fill the sprayer. Even when we did field mix i don't remember having trouble but we never dump in the sprayer, always through the mixing cone
I know. I'm the only one. I've tried mixing it every way I know. I'm used the spray grade stuff everyone else does. I've plugged up bad. It is possible that its my water. Its the only thing that i have not been able to spray. Ive plugged multiple times. Yes, it's probably my sprayer. Much cheaper for me to use an ams substitute from Helena that works just fine than buy a new sprayer.
