Pittsburg, Kansas | For health I would think that would be the best schedule possible. I think even better than a single bigger meal. I wish my wife and I would follow that path but it just seems a lot more fitting of our lifestyle to not. And what we are doing seems to be "almost good enough" so we stick with what we started 6 years ago. I don't think it is the best, but I know it is many times better than the way we used to eat.
And we seem able to maintain it. The best intentions in the world are not worth much if a person can not follow through. We have managed to follow through with our low carb ketogenic diet. For a little over 6 years now as of February 1 or 2. We actually very much enjoy the way we eat now. And we feel sooooo much better because of it.
