| You can't have sugar spikes if you're not eating sugar. :)
Eating one meal per day (OMAD) probably works much better with a Keto or Carnivore way of eating. Eating nutrient rich foods (meat, eggs) needs less volume of food than trying to get all of your daily nutrients from large plates full of veggies.
As with many things, some people can do OMAD and feel great, and others really don't and feel their best eating more often.
Our society has instilled in us that breakfast is "The most important meal of the day!" but that was a marketing campaign for breakfast cereals... | |
