No, this Marty was thrown in jail for contempt for 7 years because he wouldn't give up his code to his computer, the maximum on any contempt is 18 months. They let him out when the the case went to the Supreme court when asked what was going on. What he pled guilty to was not telling his clients over the weekend that the bank had stolen $10 billion of their money.
