If the land is yours, I would for sure rent it to our boss. Be sure to do the paperwork.
Sounds like you are going to be SOL if she ahs been raising the kids and her folks place. Sounds like if she thinks you want to farm , she might try and prevent that.
As others have said prayer. You will probably need a good lawyer.
My sympathies.
My experience is if they do not want to be married, you just as well be done with the deal.
My family sided with her at first, as they did not want to alienate her. That isn't fun, but understand they didn't want hard feelings if we reconciled.
If she gets all the property, that is fine. Better than the lawyers getting it. Starting from 0 will be easier with out her.
Hopefully you can get the kids every other week and have more time with them than now.
