It's too bad you have to use RU because COC sure helps calisto/atrazine sprays but it would hurt the RU. I like spraying so I'd probably spray the RU early and then pre-emerge or early post the first Dual/calisto/atrazine with COC. Timing would be based off rain predictions. My ignorance would be in killing the Rye as I don't have experience with that.
