Where are you located I may be able to point you towards a crimper. The cultipacker will work since you have vetch in the mix if it has some wheels that are not notched but you will need to go over it twice, 2nd pass at 90 deg to 1st pass.
I am in Northampton County Pennsylvania, closer to Hellertown
