Now isn’t the time to get into cows. $3000+ bred heifers, $5k + bulls. $3000 heifer has a $200-250 interest bill attached to her if it’s all borrowed money. Throw in heifers that don’t breed back and death loss things tighten up pretty quick. Have any equipment/facilities or will that need to be purchased as well?
