I would guess $3.50 a mile is cost, without figuring your time.
I used to charge hourly for the detach. It is hard to move a guy across the street in 2 hours, by the time one unhooks from one trailer, gets everything checked over and hooked on to the detach. Then to the job site, load, unload rehook and come home, Unhook and rehook on to the other trailer. | |
