What State are you saying has no Federal or State wetland regulations?
There are a myriad of exemptions for private agricultural projects.
I am sorry that I was not as specific as I could have been in my original post. I should have said that MT doesn't regulate wetlands on private land for agricultural purposes. Pretty much anything relating to irrigation is exempt. |
