Floyd County, Iowa		Went that route last year. Lookout Mountain, on the south side of Chattanooga, was worth the stop. Take your binoculars.
When you get south of Perry, Ga, on the east side of the interstate they're building a huge solar area. It was over 600 acres last year and growing. They were clearing trees to make more room. Not a tourist stop, but interesting to see while driving by.
I wish we'd thought of jumping off the interstate and going to Plains, Ga, to see Jimmy Carter's hometown, but didn't think about it until he passed away.
