Subject: RE: How long to have calf in a warmer?

Our heater has a thermostat on it, is in the north end of a shed with open doors on both ends, If I err it is on the side of having the vents open too much, usually all the way open. I have left them in over night many times, if I find a calf at dusk that needs to go in, If I find the calf in the morning they stay in until dry or if I need to get the cow up when I get help to get her up, generally kids home from school, have never over did one yet. Have the blue Poly-Dome.
Generally it is 30's or colder daytime temp. if I am using it.
