No one doesn't have to agree. That is the simple look at tariffs as is selling assets, goods, natural resources is better than having those things. Is an economy/society better off with goods, or to sell goods/natural resources/labor and to hold currency with it being most likely foreign currency?
So what's the announcement of tariffs today?
