Subject: stocking rates and weight gain?

Saskatchewan, big whitetail country!!!
I may have an opportunity to pasture some cheap land. I was wondering about stocking rates, and rate of gain/day. Here is the scenario. I am a greenhorn cattleman.
There is 160 acres total, 20 water, 50 grass, and 90 forest/clearings/meadows etc. Was used with 20 cow/calf pairs, May thru October.
1. How many 400 pounders could I stock for this time period?
2. What would/could be the rate of gain/day? IE. What would they weigh come October?
3.Is this even a feasible idea?

Look forward to replies.
