| I don't expect uch in cuts to farm program payments, but we will see less gov't spending on farm programs because the countercyclical payments will be erased by strong markets. They will not get much cut in payments as long as the south has so much political strength on ag issues. They can't even get payment limits lowered.
Anyway, I find your analysis of recent trends very interesting. I hope that was your creation. | |
