| Aberdeen generally in a good rainfall patern area also, although going west Ave precip starts walking downward
Curious what that will set the table for Cash rent in that area...
Was a rental auction some 90miles N and west......in really a much more marginal area of dirt, rocks and rain that brought 80/acre
---this is an area that probably has a 24bu asc wheat yld historically
Was nothing harvested in that area in 2006, Pretty good to excellent crop in 2007..................
Seems one can buy all the computer memory needed....................but alot of what one is buying in RE is "Probablity of Rainfall".........should be programed in a farmer ROM | |
