In November of 2006 there was some land between Bath and Groton that went for $154 rent. I wouldn't be surprised to see higher. I somewhat know the guy that made that bid. We have some land that keeps creeping higher but it is some of the best we have and probably as good as any in the county. Hard to turn it down with the prices the way they are right now.

There are some Knoll brothers that farm right near us. Are you related?
