No difference as far as I know. Currently Farm Credit is at 6.55 for seven years and according to my figures you would save over two grand if you borrowed 50k for seven years and they would more than likely want more than 15% down. I think some CED's push the program harder than others, If a guy can make it work it is just one more tool.
