And what is the "point". They are a company that made a choice and they choose not to do it.

Maybe they think prices will swing wildly in the future and they will be at more risk than they want.

Oh I do not believe they bought cheap corn in the past, I believe they bought corn at market prices that the farmer was happy with or the farmer would not have sold it.
